Radio Group Meeting
CERT sponsors meetings for radio enthusiasts interested in reliable communications with others, even in the absence of cell phones, landline services, the internet, or grid power outages. Many attendees are weather spotters or amateur (ham) radio devotees. Most attendees are individuals who are actively engaged in hands-on learning and exciting exploration of emergency communication radio equipment and technology. We meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month, between 1-3 PM, at the Comanche County Fairgrounds (Prairie Building).
